On the afternoon of November 12th, the video conference on international cooperation and exchange between the AUFE and Woosong university of Korea was held in conference room 3,No.1 administrative building, east campus. Vice president, Zhang Huanming, vice president of Woosong university, Gan Ruiyuan and heads of international cooperation and exchange department of the two universities attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Cheng Xiwu, director of the international exchange center.
Zhang Huanming first expressed his gratitude to Woosong University for its long-term concern and support for the development of our university and sent his heart-felt congratulations and respects to all the teachers and students of Woosong University on their victory in the fighting against the epidemic situation. He affirmed the successful cooperation and exchanges between our university and Woosong university in the past seven years. In particular, he emphasized the plentiful achievement gained by the students who went to Woosong university for exchange. Although the noval coronavirus has not been fully controlled and the process of international cooperation and exchanges has been affected, the two universities break through obstacles and adopt online meetings to show our positive attitudes towards international cooperation and exchanges. The profound friendship and fruitful achievements will push the cooperation and exchanges to a new level.
Gan Ruiyuan, on behalf of Woosong University, expressed her greetings to our teachers and students. She introduced that Woosong University is a highly renowned university with international characteristics in Korea. Its business school has obtained AACSB certification. The in-depth cooperation between the AUFE and Woosong university will formed a triple-win mode which is beneficial to the teachers and students of both university. We look forward to carrying out more and more abundant cooperation projects and jointly improving the construction of cooperation platform between the two universities.
Cheng Xiwu put forward suggestions and ideas on the relevant content and implementation path of the cooperation projects and said it was necessary to actively plan and seriously formulate the scheme so as to promote the cooperation between the two universities in depth. At the meeting, the two universities launch discussion on the specific cooperation projects.
